- Preparation of Overall Project Schedule, in Collaboration with Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- Act as Focal Point & Interface between Customer and Contractor, Sub-Contractor & Vendors.
- Monitoring and Controlling Project Cost for Cost Variations due to Change Orders.
- Scope Verification & Progress Reporting, and Contractors Invoices.
- Identify, Monitor, and Manage Project Risks.
- Preparation & Updating Progress & Management Reports.
- Supervision of Site Activities in Compliance with Approved Designs & Specifications.
- Review & Approvals of Welding Procedures Specifications and Welder Qualifications Tests.
- Compilation & Production Welding QC Reports from Welding Inspection Agencies.
- Ensure Compliance to Quality Assurance Plan by Contractor & Sub-Contractors.
- Internal and External Inspection of Columns, Vessels, Exchangers and other process equipment
